Assistant Professor,
Providence College
I am currently an Assistant Professor at Providence College. I have a dual appointment in the Philosophy Department and the Neuroscience Program. I work on issues related to temporally-extended self-regulation, forgetfulness, the dynamics of consciousness, and cultural variability in moral attitudes. I've also started working on the pedagogy of civil discourse with the Dialogue, Inclusion, and Democracy lab at Providence College
See my Research pages to find my work in philosophy or psychology/neuroscience (email me for papers or drafts)
See my Teaching page to find courses I've taught or will teach (email me for copy of syllabi)

Before coming to Providence, I was a postdoctoral researcher in Felipe De Brigard's Imagination and Modal Cognition Lab (Duke University) and a postdoctoral associate working with Santiago Amaya and William Jiménez-Leal at the Universidad de los Andes (Bogotá).
